I am planning to apply for Canadian PR under FSW program and would like to get your inputs and guidance about the process of creating Express Entry profile. Some of the queries that I have regarding the process are
1. Currently I am residing in Canada (holding VR) and my NOC code is 2174. I have total 8 years of experience (outside Canada) in the mentioned NOC code. I do not have a job offer presently, nor do I have LMO done. What are my chances of getting a PR and a job if I apply for express entry.
2. Is it possible to create express entry profile without having Education Assessment done and IELTS scores. I have registered for IELTS and yet to initiate Education Assessment. Should I wait until the assessment and IELTS are done and then create a profile.
