Express Entry profile changes after getting ITA- IETLS score and ECA reports to be specific

Hi everyone,

I actually retook IELTS tests after getting ITA because my IELTS score is more than 2 years old.
The most recent test has higher score than the last one.
I also got ECA report done after getting ITA.

Since EE profile is not updatable after ITA, what should I do with my EE profile?
Do I need to decline ITA, update EE profile and wait for another ITA?
Can I just update my APR and leave the EE profile alone?

What are the chances that one will receive another ITA and how long might that take? (given that CRS score will not change or will even increase after EE profile is updated?)

You can safely update your IETLS score post ITA.

However, did you claim points for your degree before actually receiving your ECA?

Yes I claimed point for my degree before ECA. I realized that I may be facing a case of misrepresentation because ECA report came after ITA. Is my best option to decline?
