Dear Sir,
Please be informed that, I have an Express entry profile; but, my CRS point is only 379. Hence, I am not getting ITA. Could you please let me know, whether I can go for higher studies in Canada and have study visa with the same profile?
Express Entry, Express Entry profiles, and CRS Scores have nothing to do with Student visas and post-secondary studies in Canada; they're only relevant to permanent residency applications for three specific programmes (Federal Skilled Workers, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades (or one of these streams supported by a Provincial Nomination)).
If you're interested in studying in Canada, you need to 1) first find, apply to and be accepted by a university in Canada for a specific programme, and 2) apply for a student visa. To be granted the student visa, you will need to satisfy certain requirements such as 1) showing evidence of your acceptance into the programme, 2) proving your ability to finance your stay and studies while in Canada studying under the programme, and 3proving ties to your home country to convince IRCC that you will return to your home country at the end of your studies.
You can probably find out more by visiting a forum dedicated to student visas and studying in Canada (this forum is dedicated to Applying for PR through Express Entry)
