Express Entry Profile Account

Please, I still need help about creating Express Entry Profile Account.

I have succeeded in creating GCKey account. After sign in with my username and password, Please select continue to return to the Government of Canada online service. I click continue, It bring me to www.canada.ca/en/services/immigration-citizenship.html

Please, where do i get the form to fill. I have tried my best to locate this.
