Express Entry processing time

Hi,

I sent my application last year in August, 2019 and was due to receive my Express Entry reply by early February (2020), which is 6 months.
However I am yet to get an update and all I see on the page is "Your application is taking longer than usual" is this normal? My score was 486.

Score is not an indication of how quickly your application will get processed. All COVID-related issues aside, the complexity of your application and how much they have to double check matters more.

Agreed, score has nothing to do with processing time...
