Express Entry Processing Time

Hello.
I applied under express entry CEC on June 12, 2016 after receiving the ITA.
1 week back I received a request for 'Statutory Information - Your Travels' otherwise my file would be considered as incomplete. I have submitted that form now. My lawyer told me that this is an extra piece of information which was not asked at the time of initial application process.
My question is will this delay my file's processing time?

i think yes, because asking more file from VO would not count in part of the processing time.

It will delay the process by two weeks, tops. Remember your officer wants to move on to the next application too.
