Express entry points increased before 2 years

Should I accept ITA and submit an electronic application for permanent residence (e-APR) to IRCC before 2 years work experience reach. My score is above the invitation score and qualified the EE even not counting the second year Canadian work experience. Anyone who has similar situation before can tell me if we can pass the background check in that case? Thank you!

No. You need to have above cutoff score both at time of ITA and full application. If you get points you are not warranted for, officer can recalculate and may reject you.

I still wonder why the EE system doesn't allow employment period down to the date.
