I am currently outside of Canada, married last year and my wife is Canadian and is living Canada. Sponsorship program is taking forever at the moment because of the pandemic. I was wondering if I can claim the sibling points (15points) from my wife's sister who is also Canadian and residing in Canada. If i can claim the points it will boost my express entry score and likely get pick for next draw.

Is claiming the points possible? since my wife is non-accompanying me to Cananda, because she is already there.

No - you cannot claim sibling point.

Two reasons why you cannot claim the points:
1) Your wife is already Canadian. You cannot claim any points for EE due to her (either sibiling or language or education)
2) Since she is already Canadian, she cannot be accomanying in your application. Spouse must be accompanying in the application to get the points.
