Express Entry Points counted for Business Co-Owner?

Hi,

I have 2 years of Work Experience in a Manufacturing and Fabrication company in a private firm.
I have left the job as of June.

If I become a part owner of my fathers business (as a Management Consultant) , Will I get Points for the Express Entry Scheme for a total of 3 years worth, or since it is my fathers business, would it not count towards my points?

If it does count, then what is the procedure and documentation / paper work required?
Can someone help?

You don't get any points for owning a business. Points are only awarded for paid work experience. If you are working at your father's business and can show pay slips or something similar to prove you are working, then you can claim this as work experience.
