Express entry points 425

Hi Guys,

Recently my wife has scored CL8 and we are getting total of 425 points in express entry profile. Is there any other way to get an invitation to apply in Canada or should we await for any province to send us nomination. Our NOC code is 0632 which is Accomodation and service managers.

425 is too low for Express Entry. You'll need to focus on the Provincial Nomination Programs.

Thanks for reply Cylla. How should I start with pnp. If you would guide me it will be a really big help for us. As far as I know each province needs a job offer which almost impossible to get one if I am not mistaken. Although, we are sending out our resume to all recruiters.
