1. your first step is likely to find a job offer in a province of choice as most PNP programs require that you either have a job offer, education experience,work experience in the province you are wanting to move to or are able to fulfill an occupation in demand.

3. If you are wanting express entry you will need to provide your IELTS results to the province in order to get a nomination.
