Express Entry/PNP

I just apply for Express Entry. But i do not understand why I am not eligible for Provincial Nominee Program in the list. I am just eligible for CEC.
My case: I have more than 1 year experience for 7231 NOC (Machinist), G-Ielts is 6, and I have the letter of confirmation with description.

As far as I know you should have been nominated by a province to be eligible for PNP.

What PNP programs are you eligible for? Each has different requirements (points, NOC, job offer). Are you licensed in your NOC? What province do you live in?
