express entry & pnp

just a few questions with regards to express entry and pnp.

my spouse is the primary applicant as my scores are below 400. I am 41 and the age bracket gives me a lower score.

with my spouse being the primary applicant, can I apply for pnp?

how does the pnp within the express entry work?
