express entry -PNP/Vaild Job offer

I recently enter to the EE pool, however i had a PNP nomination (paper base) before. Therefore I received a letter to contact provincial office to nominate me, should i just ignore this letter since my nomination is invalid for EE.
In addition, I am currently working in Canada, but the valid job offer showing as not Not applicable. Why is that ?
