Express entry & PNP profile mismatch

I have been invited to apply under 'occupation in demand' by the province. However my express entry profile NOC does not match the provincial PNP occupation. I have experience in both NOCs but now fear that once the provincial nomination is there, I will face issues with the NOC mentioned in express entry profile. Given that I can't change the provincial NOC (as it is the basis of my selection), is there anyway I can make my EE profile match the provincial NOC? I did try to update the primary occupation in EE but it doesn't transmit onwards. Help any one
