Express Entry Payment Issue Question

Hi guys,

I completed my invitation to apply and attached all of the required documents, when I clicked continue to the next step, I electronically signed the application and clicked continue. I was then asked for payment, if stated if you cannot pay the fees at this time click ''cancel transaction'' on the next page. I did not have my credit card with me to pay at that current time so I clicked ''cancel transaction''.

now when I look at my application, It says ''Processing Submission'' and i cant click through to pay again.

How can i Pay? and will my application be denied without this payment?

Try “PAY You FEE CIC", it should direct you to a CIC Fee Processing

when i search that, it only give me the option to pay for ''right of PR Fee'' and not the ''application processing fee''. Am I right in thinking I can pay the ''application processing fee'' first, then once a decision has been made, then pay the ''right of PR Fee'' ?

Hello Paddy, how soon after the "Application processing" were you able to make a payment again?

I made the exact same mistake and its now about an hour since I canceled the transaction.

The payment was failed and my application now with the status “Processing application”. I can’t pay, I can’t open the application. The problem occurred 10 hours ago.

Try clearing your cache or reopening in another browser. It should be cleared in a few hours anyway.

Thank you. Cache clearing and another browser didn't help. I had to wait. I was able to pay after 12 hrs...
