Hello people,
My husband is gonna complete his 1 year experience in Canada (job Noc-B)
As we were unable to gain any visa for my(wife) in two years.
I need few advice regarding Express entry:
1) can he apply PR from canada and after ITA can he move back to his home country and live there till we receive COPR?
2) he is ofcourse gonna leave the job after ITA, will it cause any effect?
also, if he moves back to home country, will it cause problems for us?

Any help would mean the world to us! Thanksss!

So he has completed his one year experience and has enough points for an ITA. You are included as accompanying or not?

1. Yes
2. Is he counting 50 points for a job offer with LMIA.

Thank you for replying.
Yes, he will be completing one year experience in March 2020.
We will have points around 460-470 and He is also eligible for CEC.
I will be accompanying him.

2. no He is not counting points for LMIA.

a) If he is gonna show his bank statement of salaries and not any fixed amount, and later he moves back to his home country, will it cause any issue?
b) can he get his PCC of canada from Pakistan?
c) as his address will change after moving, is it a problem? Will they ask for interview?

So you have your ECAs and language tests too... that is good.
a. Not an issue. CEC doesn’t require proof of funds.
b. Check on immigration/RCMP site for information.
c. No not an issue. Don’t know if they will ask for interview.
