express entry medical exam and documents upload

hello guys

I have received an invitation to apply yesterday and I have two quick questions. please help me out.

1) medical exam. I live in uk and I know the doctor to get the exam done however I just want to be clear regarding the process. do I have to wait for cic to request medical exam or shall I just go and do an upfront medical exam and submit documents?

2) where should I submit documents? I received ita yesterday and I pressed continue application in my account but I cant see any links to upload documents. all I can see is the same information as the one I submitted when an created an express entry profile for the draw. please help

Find a panel physician in your country, take an appointment, check what they require (usually passport size photographs and copy of ITA). They will give you an acknowledgement, you will have to upload it in your application under medical section.

You will have to fill the same information again, though in more detail. Post all the forms are completed, you will see continue button, pressing it will take you to next page, where you will see link to upload documents (to prove all the information you have mentioned in the forms) against each section for example, work history. personal details, education history, medical, pcc etc...
