Express Entry LMIA vs Global Talent Stream LMIA

Hi All,

I am wondering what is difference between LMIA received through Express Entry program or Global Talent Stream program.

I am eligible for both the program.

I am wondering which LMIA process would be fast?
Are there any advantage of "one type LMIA" over "other type LMIA" for PR process?
What is typical process time for NOC 2147 ?
