Hello, I am currently applying for express entry program. I have graduated from university in Canada and working with post grad work permit. I have finished my first year at a company(NOC B: 2281 Computer network technicians). I will continue to work here.

My question is, do I say "yes" to valid job offer question?

I have called the cic they said, choose yes and say it is exempt from LMIA, because I am working with open work permit.

This is the link they have provided with me. It looks right, but I don't wanna do any mistake on my application. Thats why I am double checking to make sure I have understood the agent correct. Also if the answer is yes, would I need to CELPIP score 6 or 7. Currently I got 6 but I can easily change it to 7, originally I was just gonna apply for provincial nominee program, thats why didn't need 7 on CELPIP.

Some people told me, that if you can get enough points, it is better to go without Provincial Nominee. What would be your advice in my situation? .

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You do not have a valid job offer.

Only those with LMIA or LMIA exempt work permits which are employer-specific (closed work permits) are able to have a valid job offer. A PGWP is an open work permit.
