Hi guys,

I'm currently working in Canada as a Software Developer on a IEC Working Holiday Visa. I'm planning to apply for Express Entry but unsure about what to enter for whether I have a valid Job Offer or not. From what I can see on this page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

it seems I should enter NO for a job offer since my job is not LMIA verified.

Can someone confirm this for me? Thanks for your help!!

What was the outcome of this? I am in the same situation. On an working Holiday IEC Visa, and joined company after moving here. LMIA not needed for getting the job.

Do say "no" to valid Job offer all together? or "yes"and fill the section out with company details etc, but select "no" to is it supported by LMIA.

I put in work experience that i am currently working in canada in this job.

Will this make any sort of difference in the outcome?

Please help!

Thank you!!

Select no. You would need to have an approved LMIA to claim a job offer.
