I am a Software Test Engineer and i am applying for the Canadian PR through the Express Entry System. just when the system opened i created a profile in both CIC and JobBank. Recently i received a lot of job match through the Job Bank Portal, but unfortunately none of them match my profile (eg. Liqour Store Manager, Auto Mobile Store Manager, Jewellery Store Manager)

Questions:
1. Should i apply for the jobs received ?. if so, should i modify my profile and what all should i furnish in my resume.
2. Is there any possibility of obtaining a Province Nomination. Is it Mandatory?
3. I have got my sibling in Canada (ON,Toronto) with PR, how could i capitalize on that. any ideas?
4. The last option i had in mind was to study MS in Canada and get settled by obtaining a PR. is it a wise idea?. Because i have got to spend like 50000 CAD. Should i study in an University or can i opt for a college or something. does it make a difference in syllabus and Job oppurtunity?.
