Hi Everyone, I'm hoping you can help!
I've finally received my ITA via the Express Entry application process and would appreciate help with a couple of things..
Documentation submission, where would I include the following:
- CELPIP Results, Language Proficiency
- Educational Credential Assessment
Medical Exam:
- the "Panel Physician" I visited only provided an "e-Medical Information Sheet" and no IMM IMM 1017E form, they insisted that's all that's required. Is this correct, where I just upload the "e-Medical Information Sheet" for submission?
Work permit expiring in June, how to extend it?:
- I've read Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker (www . cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/extend-worker.asp), but the form IMM5710 only has the following options in the APPLYING FOR (3) SECTION:
"A work permit with the same employer"
"Restoration of your status as a worker"
"An initial work permit or work permit with a new employer"
"Temporary Resident Permit"
I'm on a Working Holiday Visa... and I'm not tied to any particular employer, so which would I select?
