Express Entry - Issue with Canaiadian Educations Submissions.. HELP!!

Dear All,


I have applied for Express Entry and the file got automatically rejected by the system. From what I see I have all the necessary scores to get into the pool but for some unknown reason my profile got rejected . After consulting with my so called immigration lawyer in Canada, we did not find any reasonable excuse for such result. However, the lawyer told me that he had issue with submissions of my educations credential in system. He told me he was confuse how to put these into the system. ( However, it is important to mention that the lawyer don't not know dam thing about immigrations, and basically I got nothing out of him so far ). I don't know if the lawyer telling me the truth or not. in one conversations, he is telling me that first the system give no score for educations, in another conversations he is saying that he submitted all 4 certificates but after one day he receives the rejection letter. I don't know if is telling me the truth or he did some mistake and tries to cover it.



Here is my situations:

1. Business Management Study Certificate from BCIT (9 month)
2. Business Management Certificate from BCIT ( One year)
3. Senior management Certificate from BCIT ( One year)
4. business Management Diploma from BCIT ( 2 years)

So, please anyone can help me to figure out why they rejected my applications and

Wich province to choose:

The plan was to apply for Prince Edward were my mother lives and get nominations and get 600 points. But in my applications I saw that the lawyer did not mentioned anything about PE, instead he putted BC and ON as destinations of interest. I don't know if we need to mention the PE in the first profile as destination of interest or it can be anywhere else in the begining then put PE as the one??

I have family living in :

1. Brother and Sister in ON
2. Mother in Prince Edward


I would appreciate if anyone could help me in this regards.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that...from what you have told us, I can't really tell what had led to the rejection.

Not sure what the 'immigration lawyer' charges you...
But in my opinion, 'immigration consultants' is way more helpful in preparing application and related documents.

However, you cannot just take their words and believe everything they say.
Consider their advice and suggestions but do your research too...I have been to (3) different consulting firms and they all told me slightly different things.
I was once told LMIA is my only way of obtaining 600 points under the old ranking system, then I found out myself that I am actually eligible for BCPNP too...which none of them had figured that out...smh

Nobody cares about your immigration more than yourself.
