Apart from people who got PPR request ... All rejections where saying that documents are missing why CIC cant ask for documents.

Most of the people whos application got cancelled submitted documents like ECA and passport .... Why CIC rejected ? What could be the reason behind it?


Is it system error ? or Is it intentionally cancelled.

That is ur assumption. Onus on candidates to provide correct documents. By the way if failed apply again. PR comes in few months now. Much better system than years of wait period earlier with cic used to chase for clafications and correct documents
