Express entry invitation and work permit expiry

Hello Dear sir/Madam,

My current express entry profile score is 449. Nd my work permit is going to expired on April 22,2019. So, I’m thinking to apply for extension of my work permit. So, after April 22, I will be on implied status. So, during my implied status period, if I receive ITA for permanent residency, do they approve my work permit extension application since i already receive ITA?

Receiving an ITA has no bearing in whether an application is approved/refused.

Because I have two friends who had a same situation like me before. They both were on implied status nd during that time they got ITA nd got approval for work permit. My other situation is 449 score is including my wife in my file. But, if I don’t include my wife then my score is 462. So , should I put my file alone and apply bridging work permit for my self (my job noc B) nd then at the same time can I apply spouse work permit since I’m eligible to apply for bridging work permit then once I get PR, I can go for sponsorship PR for wife or I should wait until 2-3 draws since draws are consistently going down and I’m close to last draw. Please suggest me

I would say keep profile active woth that score u will def get a nomination from province

It’s not possible for me because I’m in Alberta and I studied from Ontario. According to new AINP rules, to become eligible in Alberta nominee, I had to study in Alberta. So for me it’s not a case. However, I can apply for work permit extension now Nd wait for next draws. Once I’m on my implied status, if I get ITA, still it’s okay right? Nd then they can approve my work permit extension since I receive my ITA

But the problem is my work permit is going to expired on coming April 22,2019. So I’m worried about it.

Hello,
In my case,
- my closed ICT work permit is going to expire on Sep 28th
- company has filed an extension on May 1st and I have extension application acknowledge & payment receipt from IRCC
- Still my work permit is valid (not expired and not on implied status)
- I received an ITA on June 25th and have 90 days to submit documents
So my question is,
if I accept an ITA and submit for PR application what will happen to my work permit extension that's already filed? will it be rejected after I apply for PR?
and what will happen if I go on implied status? Do I have to file BOWP after my work permit expires?
