Express entry inquiry

Hi

I just wanna ask regarding my plan of applying for Express Entry for me to have a Permanent Residency. I am currently here in Canada for 5mos now with tourist visa. My brother as my employer processed my papers as a
live-in caregiver for his kids. We received the LMIA and processed my working permit this month. As of now, we are still waiting for the approved working permit.

My question is, can I apply for Express Entry for PR application? Can I have both papers or visa (working permit & PR visa)? Can this be possible without any problem?

Sure - you can apply for both. But keep in mind that you can't say that you have a job offer in Canada in your Express Entry profile or claim the extra 600 points due to the skill level of your job.
