I want to apply for express entry (MPNP - Manitoba Provincal Nominee Program) in Manitoba but as per new rules (January 2018), it seems to be not possible if the candidate do not have any close relative or distant relative lives in Manitoba for at least one year or a candidate haven't studied their for 1 year.
As per last draw that took in March 2018, candidates with minimum score of 540 got selected in a pool which is impossible to achieve if not able to fulfill above criteria.
Is there any other alternative to achieve required score to get into the pool?
