I want to apply Canada PR under new CEC EE rules and this year i.e 2014 OCT 27th I filed CEC under current rules and I think current system is damn slow so I would like to apply for EE .

Does any one know how to start please let me know.

Yeah you are right I m checking all options . I wont cancel as I dont know whether they considered my current CEC application. To know whether they considered my current CEC application I think I need to wait couple of months more .

As your application reached CIC office (not getting AOR) by 31st Dec 2014, you will be treated under the old rule. (Someone can check me on this)

EE is not as time-sensitive as before. You can always wait for current CEC decision, then apply EE if current CEC is rejected.

Thanks for getting back on this . I don't have problem in waiting and I'm sure my application they won't reject since I applied with all required documents.

Problem is with time constraint let me explained I applied on 27 th and reached cic on 30 th 2014.

Till now I don't know what happen to my case ok let's think they will consider my application jan 15 th and they send AOR In March or April by looking at this forum I'm guessing the dates.

Once we get AOR then actual processing starts that is 13 months processing time starts from then ... So by 2016 June or July I will get my PR IF EVERYTHING goes smoothly.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes you are right about EE we don't have many answers still we can think of 6 months processing time. It's wonderful . Decision will be made half the time as current CEC.

That's the only concern.

Still In dialama stage when I get free time gathering more and more information thorough this site . Discussing with you all ....

Thanks,

woah...you never know what CIC officers think.

I believe the 13 months process time starts from the date CIC receives your mail, not AOR.

IMHO, I will always take the more certain path towards PR, rather than risking your chance in the draw, just because of faster processing...

If your current work permit is expiring soon, you can consider BOWP.
