I had applied in the Express entry pool for the first time in May 2016. I had received its profile number and everything. As per the rule I also signed-up for jobbank.gc.ca and started applying jobs of the site to receive ITA.
As the rules changed in January 2017, and edited my profile for Job role change, it was locked automatically.
Later I made a new account with new Email ID, but as put my details of IELTS, WES and the honestly answered the question, have you applied for Express entry before? The moment new profile it was created, it got locked again.
I am skeptical about getting into express entry. Although I will have to give my IELTS again, will my WES have any problem? Should i be honest that my 2 express entry profile got locked?
Please advise on how shall I start again?
