Express Entry File cancelled

Hello everyone, my express entry file for permanent residence was cancelled on Aug 1st. I submitted the complete application in April 22nd and waiting for medical to be updated as i provided the additional medical information on july 6th. Below is the update message i got few days ago.

Your application is rejected for being incomplete. Specifically, your application does not include the following elements: - Copy of passport/travel documents.

but i have provided pdf file under passport/travel document , which has 11 pages and its size is less than 2MB. First 6 pages in that file are passport related but when i called CIC after getting that cancellation message ,they said they can only see other pages in that file but not passport. First CIC Rep said there is nothing they can do as file is cancelled and i have to reapply by creating another EE profile but 2nd Rep advised me to send CSE so they can reopen it. I have created another profile and CSE was also sent few days ago but i didn't get any reply yet. Does anyone else has faced same situation ??

CSE generally takes 15-20 days to get a response. So, please wait.

As for rejection, i hope the pdf file you shared could be opened in adobe acrobat reader, because as mentioned they couldnt see the said pages.

yes i still have the same pdf on my laptop and i can see all the pages even on my phone. so its something on their end, which is not working correctly.

Just reapply. .

Same happened with me due to pcc issue. So have to resubmit it.
