I completed my profile and when clicked on submit and pay I saw that only card are accepted for payment. Since I did not have a card with sufficient funds I clicked cancel. Now I am seeing my profile status as processing submission. How do I pay the fees ?

You can login after sometime and then you will have the option to make the payment.

Have your issue being resolved , i'm facing the same issue and 2 days passed without any change.
