Express Entry eligibility

I have one year of work experience from my home country and Ontario master's degree, Can I apply for express entry and OINP at the same time?

Which one is better for me, To apply for OINP first and then express entry or both at the same time??

Complete an EE profile and find out your CRS points total. If you have 470+ points, you'll likely get an invitation sometime soon anyway. There's no point in creating extra paperwork for yourself, spending $1500 more and delaying everything by up to a year if you're going to get a nomination anyway.

If you have fewer than 470 (and definitely under 450) you should consider OINP.
