Express Entry (EE) profile attract attention from Alberta immigration

What do you mean? Your NOC and CRS have to be selected for AINP-EE pathway. Or get a job officer in Tech.
I mean, I called an immigration consultant today, and he said that he can help me review my Express Entry (EE) profile to attract the attention of Alberta immigration officers. So, I'm wondering if that's even possible. I'm already in a tech job under NOC, but unfortunately, my employer is in the educational services sector.
The only way to get a nominations is for Alberta to pick your NOC and CRS score, and AINP doesn’t publish the NOCs selected. So not sure how a consultant can “attract the attention of officers” as it is a draw. Having a higher chance is explicitly stated on the AINP website - family in Alberta, job offer in tech, French, school/work in province.
