Has Ryan Fernandez applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
Has Ryan Fernandez applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before?

For these two questions the answer would be no right? A bit confused since there is the fact that I had an EE profile that expired. No nomination or ITA or anything on that.

CEC inland, Provincial Nominee, CIC application submitted on November 2nd. Medical exams already approved.

Today I just got a message via MyCIC asking as bellow:

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature

Please ensure to complete section six of the statutory questions.

I'm really not sure why they're asking for this. Any guesses?

When did your meds pass?

They might have asked you for Schedule A because you either have answered YES to one of the statutory questions. Fill, print, sign and upload it back in the placeholder in your myCIC account.

You should answer NO to those questions.

Finally got my PCC. I do have a question though.

My passport is blank and they put the seal on the second blank page. Is this normal to leave a page?

Totally. Its not like they have to stamp the pages in order.

Always assumed that they were like a travel log and in order...

Is there any thread that has frequently asked questions for the different section to be filled in the various application stages? Like a compilation of all the things asked here. Searching can be a pain at times.

CIC has put a message on login page that some people are unable to transmit their applications, we're looking in to it.

Has anyone's issue been resolved? Last night cic website was under maintenance but i am still getting the same error and unable to make payment.
