I received a denial letter for my EE profile as my experience letters did not have detailed role that could justify my NOC code (my bad) .

I am planning to reapply and submit my detailed job roles in my experience letter, however I would seek your advise here. Should I apply under same NOC and explain it to officers why my previous entry was denied or I should apply with a new NOC and explain I made a wrong choice? My previous NOCs were correct, but I believe I can find something more closer as well.

They denied my application straightaway, I only received one request and that was for clearance letter from India which was 4 months before denial.

Below is the excerpt:

I am not satisfied that you meet the requirement(s) under paragraph(s) a), b), c), because you have not
submitted sufficient evidence to satisfy me that you have at least one year of continuous full-time paid work
experience, or the equivalent in continuous paid part-time work experience, in an occupation that is listed
in Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix, or a substantial
number of main duties for the occupation identified in your application.

It doesn't look like you necessarily selected the wrong NOC. Looking at the reviewer's opinion, it looks like you provided so little information supporting your NOC selection that the guy didn't think you were serious with your application. Next time, write an extensive letter of explanation providing as many details as possible, and attach any and all supporting docs (pay slip, coworkers affidavits, employment contract etc.) with your request. Unless of course you find a more suitable NOC, in which case you should still do all of the above.
