I have one question regarding my CRS score. I have started my Job in Feb 2016 so i have completed 2 years and 10 months. when i will get points for my 3rd year ? are they give one month before ? please answer if you have any idea. Thank you

On February 2019.
Preferably wait till the same day before requesting your work reference letter, so that you're sure reviewing officer won't have a problem with a few days missing. (e.g February 20th 2016-->February 20th 2019)
