Express entry CRS points

I created my express entry with following information.

IELTS: (L:7.5, R:7.5,W:6.5,S:7) 24
Education: Bachelor with ECA done: 25
Work experience: total exp 20 years 15
age: 47 0
Spouse (Relative in Canada) 5
Spouse IELTS not submitted: 0 0
= 69

The total score 69 > 67 but express entry profile say it is ineligible. Now even if I go with IELTS for my wife. How can I find upfront that my profile will become eligible.

What did you show for proof of funds? What amount? Do you have at least one year of continuous work experience in a skilled NOC?

What did you show for proof of funds? What amount? Do you have at least one year of continuous work experience in a skilled NOC?

I didn't see the option to show the means for funds but for 4 member I put 28000 CAD. Also my NOC is 0213 Computer and information systems managers experience more than 10 years in this field
