Express Entry - CRS -points for Canadian Online Course

Good Morning Everyone,

I have am applying for Express Entry and under taken a Professional TESOL Diploma Program 3 years online course with 10 specializations also The diploma states its approved by Govt of Canada and completed 3 year online course and having 408 points and on the portal it asks if you have a Canadian academy education and there are options 1-2 years diploma certificate and 3 years or more diploma certificate and then it asks about DLI or Private Institute/College so client choose second option which is 3 years and Private non DLI and as on CIC website CRS point calculator I got 30 points but when I entered in Express Entry Portal I got Zero points??? does this look like technical issue or maybe Im not eligible also ... your input will be highly appreciated.

Entire course was Teach English as second langrage(TESOL) Professional Certificate 3 years full time online study

this certificate allows student to Teach TOEFL abroad

What was your answer to that question when you created your EE profile. You should answer NO
If you answered Yes, it means you attended a language training course, i.e. you were being taught how to speak English, which doesn't qualify for CRS points.

Hi Thanks so much for your input really appreciate its a professional Training course for 3 years that means after the course completion I can teach English in university college etc as an instructor and teach English as second language and also TOEFL I am also able to teach overseas as well as the certificate is recognised all over the world and also approved by Govt of Canada.
Let me know if this certificate will give me points???
