Express Entry created ok to apply for study permit

Hi , I already have an EE profile which I created a couple of months ago (about 380 points), interested I'm moving permanently to Canada. Now I'd like to apply to a student permit, should I go ahead and add a study permit application in my EE profile or should I delete my EE and create a new application only for a study permit?
