Hi All,

I applied my back in June 2018, the last GCMS notes I ordered was in December 2018 says "Eligibility review required". I have updated my file with experience letter in Jan 2019. From last 6 months I have no updates on my file. Just wondering as my medicals might expire in a month from now and It will be 1 year since I filed PR by June 2019. I heard different things about PR file if it sits for 1 year leads to automatic rejection. Just wondering as I am scared. Can anyone help me advising

Thanks

Why did you just uploaded the Letter of Experience in January 2019 if you applied in June 2018? That makes no sense.

It clearly says everywhere that you should submit a full application within 60 days (before it was 90).

Don't be surprised if it gets rejected for submitting an incomplete application which they clearly state will lead to delays.

You got what you asked for. No other way to put it.

@Wolfpmd3 First of all, people write here to be advised, not to be scolded.

As I understand, @VedhaVyas sent a new letter because in the GCMS notes the RR refers to a letter of employment. Many of us have done the same, and been approved. It just takes longer if your file is in Review Required.

If application was considered incomplete, it wouldn’t be at this stage.
