Hi,

My wife is a Canadian citizen. Her siblings are also citizen & living in Canada. If I apply for EXPRESS ENTRY, and if my Canadian wife accompany me in the entry then am I eligible to get the 15 point?

Reference: 10) Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?

No because they are not your siblings.

Yeah , Of course you will get 15 points. siblings of either one of them is enough to garner extra points

No. Your Canadian spouse can't be accompanying and therefore you can't get points for her siblings.

i would advise to just call cic to verify or create a express entry profile and validate what is the score being given when you enter those details

but it says siblings of either me or my spouse

That's not actually what it says. The requirements are more specific.

You would only get the points if your spouse was accompanying. Your spouse is already Canadian and therefore cannot be accompanying on your application. As others have said, you'll get zero points for your spouse's siblings.
