Express Entry/Canadian Experience Class/PGWP Expiring

Hi Folks,

I am working with tim hortons since may 2013. In last three years total experience (two years as an assistant manager). Express entry score is 417. Qualified all the creteria but still did not get the invitation for apply PR. As the matter of fact is that my PGWP is expiring in Aug 2016. My employer wants me to help with LMIA but he is not in favour for doing advertising part. As he is confused with it past and present information which is need to be released.
Kindly help with it...!!!!!
Is there any other way to over come this situation and if not what will be the future result?

I think LMIA is suspended at this moment?

But ya you need a temporary work permit. I don't know the details but you can find it on cic website

Bro,
There is no way to get through LMIA with out advertisement , if you have spouse and money then send her to school and get your WP extended or go back home and wait patiently till end of the year for points to drop. at this moment we all are helpless and in the same situation.
