Express Entry - Canadian degree

Hello,

I am new to express entry and I have a question for claiming additional points for Canadian degree.

I have seen different descriptions of the requirements from CIC website.

A

• was enrolled in full-time study or training for at least eight months; and
• was physically present in Canada for at least eight months.

and

B
you had to be enrolled full time for at least eight months, and have been physically present in Canada for at least eight months

I am wondering if the physical presence requirement applies to the period of study.

I left Canada after completing my two-year master degree in 2013. Now I am working in US. Am I still eligible to claim additional points for my previous degree in Canada?
