You have to evaluate both degrees. It will not count as extra points it will count as one master's degree but the points for that are high already.

Chances depend on what CRS you get and where you rank in the EE pool. Looking briefly at your profile you have a good chance if you are under 30.

The incomplete masters degree for your spouse will not count as anything, but you still have to declare this education in your profile and indicate that no degree was awarded.
