hello people, Under which field of study should i mention " executive post graduate diploma in human resource"

And also the above program was for 1.5 years and EE is either accepting an input of ! ot 2 years. please help me with this.

I would suggest you use something like "human resource management" as the field of study.
Then again, it's your field of study. Aren't you supposed to know it very well??

What level degree was it?
You can not use 1.5 years for the duration of a degree.
Because, 1.5 year is not an actual unit!
