Hi everyone, really hope to receive your help regarding this topic as I have been going thro IRCC guidance and nothing has cleared my confusion so far.

Basically I have 1 year full-time work experience in Canada and 3 years full-time in my home country, break down as:

1 - in Canada: July 2022 - July 2023, in NOC A
2 - in home country: Sep 2014 - Dec 2016, in NOC B
3 - in home country: Jan 2014 - Sep 2016, in NOC C

As you can see, all these 3 period of work exp are in different NOC, while I read on IRCC guide that FSW work exp has to be 1-year continuous and in 1 NOC only as my primary occupation in the Express Entry (EE) profile. Also, my #3 work exp is only 9 months.

So presumably I will apply under the EE CEC category (as I already have 1 year work exp in Canada), can I still count my #2 & #3 work exp in home country as a full 3 years work exp for CRS score regardless of the NOC difference, or will I only be eligible for maximum 2 years foreign work exp (as to count #2 work exp and exlcude #3).

Please let me know if you have seen any cases like this before. I will appreciate it a lot if you could provide any excerpt from IRCC regarding this topic as well. Thank you so much and have a great day!

NOC C is not eligible for Express Entry so you have two years foreign experience. You can use different NOCs.

Sorry for the confusion, my bad. What i mean by NOC A, B, C is to distinguish that the 3 jobs are different NOC as IRCC has transferred to NOC 2021 system, not that they are actual NOC A, B or C.

So do you have any idea how to calculate the CRS points in my case? Really appreciate your opinion

So your work experience for #2 and 3# overlap?
