Express entry biometrics

Please can anyone help me out with this. I'm concurrently applying for study permit and express entry. However, I would like to know,I'm from Nigeria.. if I could give my biometrics for express entry application from within canada?

Can anyone please let me know if you have idea/experiences about how to give bio-metrics( which is a compulsion) if some one is on implied status? (It does require to go outside canada if required)

Currently I am about to pass the medicals and receive my bio metrics request in a week or 10 days.

I am in implied status in Canada and my dependent is in other country, do both of us have to go for bio-metrics .? or I being in Canada will be given an exempt.? On application submission it did ask for the bio-metric fee which was paid.

Do anyone have any idea/experiences regarding this situation.?
