I received the Biometric Instruction Letter on February 20, 2024 and I scheduled a biometric appointment at the Fredericton, NB office for February 22, 2024. However, during the appointment, I was informed by the staff that my fingerprints were not very clear due to some scratches on my fingers. So the staff also submitted a note detailing this situation after the biometric submission.
My spouse provided the fingerprint on February 23, 2024, and the tracker indicates that his biometric information has already been successfully linked after two days, but my tracker still shows 'In Progress' status for my biometrics as of today (even if the GCKey profile shows the biometric information).
I tried to call IRCC and submit Webform but they didn't work...
Does anyone have the similar situation before? Do you get another BIL or just wait for notification?
