Express Entry being dentist

Hi, My wife is a dentist and we are looking for express entry to canada. To get more points, we need to add her credentials, but problem is that she is not having formal letters as she worked at local dentists.
So, my question is, for dentist do they letter for experience letters from local dentist will work or some other way is there.
